目前已知ROM位置：PDAFANS的FTP里DELL_X30_SC(Cracked)目录

英文ROM文件(RIS)需要在本机用刚下载的ROM刷新工具备份。
English ROM files should be backed up on the local Pocket PC using the ROM flash tool we just downloaded.

编辑中文的ROM文件。除了0x19位置为0x66不变外。其它从0x00到0x7F位置全部用本机备份的英文版ROM覆盖。
Edit the Chinese ROM file. Replace all from 0x00 to 0x7F with the corresponding parts in the English ROm we backed up on the local Pocket PC except the location 0x19. Keep 0x19 unchanged as value 0x66
新的ROM（中文）前面几行为：

注意第二行的值“66”
